For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "idn303" refers to the online betting and gaming platform accessible at idn303.cam, including all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and API interfaces.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on idn303 or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the unique registered profile held by a Member on idn303, including all associated balances, betting history, and personal information.
• "Funds" refers to Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) balances held within a Member's account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by idn303 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or any other betting product available on idn303.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required by idn303 before a Member may process withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which idn303 does not accept registrations, as determined by idn303 at its sole discretion from time to time.

By accessing idn303 in any manner — including browsing the platform without registration, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

You further represent and warrant that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not accessing the platform in contravention of any applicable law in your jurisdiction, and that all information you provide to idn303 is accurate, current, and complete.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on idn303, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of idn303, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must not have previously held an account on idn303 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement currently in force on idn303 or any affiliated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

idn303 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to idn303's satisfaction.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on idn303. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Your date of birth.
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A valid Indonesian mobile telephone number.
• Your current residential address in Indonesia.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. idn303 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify idn303 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

idn303 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request will be processed, and may also be required before certain deposit thresholds are reached.

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification document.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past three (3) months and displaying your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required by idn303's compliance team, a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and/or withdrawals.

idn303 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage and to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process. Failure to provide the required documentation within fourteen (14) days of request may result in account suspension.

All deposits to idn303 accounts must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via one of the officially supported payment methods. idn303 currently accepts deposits via the following channels:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP.
• E-Wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• idn303 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own service charges, for which idn303 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made in error (e.g., incorrect reference numbers or amounts) must be reported to support within twenty-four (24) hours. idn303 cannot guarantee recovery of funds after this window.
• idn303 reserves the right to reject any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent, unlawful, or suspicious activity.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been successfully completed. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by idn303's finance team at its sole discretion.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section and are subject to change.
• Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are processed within sixty (60) minutes during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes during platform operating hours.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a security review. idn303 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal for up to five (5) business days where additional verification is deemed necessary.
• Funds that have been deposited but not wagered at least once are subject to a processing fee of up to 10% at idn303's discretion, to cover payment provider costs.
• Any active bonus balance attached to your account at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

idn303 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the following general bonus conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated in the individual offer terms) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the offer type.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on idn303 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and sportsbook bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses must be wagered within the time period stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings remaining at the expiry of the time limit will be forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Account: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time.
• Abuse of Bonuses: idn303 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering primarily on low-risk outcomes to meet requirements, coordinating with other Members to exploit offers, or operating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.

All bets placed on idn303 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each betting product category. The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by idn303's system and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Oral or written statements from support staff do not constitute bet confirmation.
• idn303 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a system error, data feed error, or human error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any sporting event, idn303's decision — based on the official result published by the relevant governing body — shall be final and binding.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and are displayed at the point of bet placement. idn303 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Members at any time.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products, the official draw results published by the relevant lottery operator shall be the sole reference for settlement purposes.
• For bandar bola (online football bookmaking) and mix parlay (accumulator betting on multiple football matches) products, all results are settled based on the official full-time score, including any stoppage time added by the referee, unless otherwise stated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on idn303 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account at the time of the violation:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on idn303, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or KYC, or impersonating any other individual.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Members to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or betting market on idn303.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, exploit promotional offers, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between idn303 and other platforms in a manner that idn303 determines constitutes abuse rather than legitimate betting strategy.
• Money Laundering: Using idn303 as a vehicle to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from any illegal activity, or to conceal the origins of any funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with a bank or payment provider in relation to any deposit made to idn303 without first engaging idn303's support team in good faith to resolve the matter.
• Hacking or Interference: Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with idn303's servers, databases, or software in any unauthorised manner.

All content on the idn303 platform — including but not limited to software, code, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, game mechanics, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of idn303 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the idn303 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any idn303 content.
• Distribute, sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer any idn303 content or your access rights to any third party.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice displayed on the idn303 platform.
• Use any idn303 branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner without express prior written consent from idn303.

idn303 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In summary, idn303 collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, maintenance, and authentication.
• KYC identity and age verification.
• Processing of financial transactions (deposits and withdrawals).
• Fraud prevention, AML compliance, and responsible gaming monitoring.
• Customer support communications.
• Service improvement and analytics (in anonymised or aggregated form).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, idn303 expressly disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind — whether express, implied, or statutory — in relation to the platform, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

idn303 shall not be liable to you for any of the following, regardless of the cause or legal theory under which liability is asserted:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, data transmission errors, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information published on the idn303 platform.

Where idn303's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of idn303 shall not exceed the total net deposits held in your idn303 account at the time the relevant claim arises.

idn303 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account at any time and without prior notice where idn303 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member has provided false, incomplete, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• The Member's account is connected to any fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• The Member is using the platform in a manner that poses a risk to other Members, to idn303, or to third parties.
• A competent regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed idn303 to do so.

Upon termination of an account for cause, idn303 reserves the right to forfeit all funds — including deposited funds and winnings — held in the account at the time of termination. Where an account is closed at the Member's own request and no outstanding violations exist, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within ten (10) business days.

idn303 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to supporting Members who may be experiencing difficulties related to gambling. The following tools are available to all registered Members at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account. Limits take effect immediately upon request.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Cool-Off Period: Members may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to permanently close their account and prevent future re-registration may request self-exclusion by contacting idn303 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and are irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months.

Where amendments are material, idn303 will endeavour to provide notice to Members via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect. However, idn303 is under no obligation to provide advance notice of minor amendments, corrections, or clarifications.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent amendment took effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of idn303 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming and betting platforms. idn303 operates under an international gaming licence and is regulated in accordance with the requirements of that licence.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the following process shall apply:

1. Initial Contact: You must first contact idn303 support in writing (via the email address provided in Clause 18) and allow idn303 up to fourteen (14) calendar days to investigate and respond to the dispute.
2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction within fourteen (14) days, you may request that the matter be escalated to idn303's senior compliance team for independent review.
3. Final Decision: idn303's written decision following the escalation review shall be final and binding in respect of all matters relating to platform rules, game outcomes, and bonus terms, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
